No! Really?

So the CDC decides to reveal that it has been spending our tax money to determine:
  • 10% of adults are not getting enough sleep each night
  • 38% of adults do not get enough sleep seven nights a month
  • 100% of Jon McDougals have second homes in Insomniaville
Well, thank you Professor, for that unexpected revelation. I don't think anyone in America could have predicted that one. Though I'm sure many people are surprised the findings only revealed 10% are sleep deprived.

If I get 6hrs, I'm lucky. I'd say seven nights a month I likely get four or less hours of real sleep.

But, as the the saying goes: I'll sleep when I'm dead.
